Workshop on Regulatory Impact Assessment for Bahrain

A delegation from the Tunis based Centre d'études Juridiques et Judiciaires (CEJJ) visited The Hague for a studyvisit. The event, co-designed with the OECD, was hosted by EALL.

At the University of Antwerp approximately 50 experts gathered for the lively workshop ‘Legal Implications of Better Regulation'. In a number of presentations the impact of Better Regulation (BR) was assessed in legal terms – nearly a decade after this enhanced type of horizontal regulatory policy was first introduced in Europe.

EALL, 23-26 January 2010
A group of 20 legislative professionals from countries participated in a 4 day course on legislative drafting, 23-26 January in Skopje (FYROM). The course was designed by EALL on request of EIPA.
