Pierre Guibentiff (Universidade Nova) invited participants to reflect in an open debate on principles and instruments to achieve 'quality' in legislative policy

A training course in Tunis has been the first activity organized by the Regional Centre for Expertise on Regulatory Quality (RCERQ). The course provided an introduction to the principles and tools of the Regional Charter for Regulatory Quality.
