Announcement: Module ‘Regulatory Management’ (7-9 December 2010)
EALL, 14 July 2010
The Module Public ‘Regulatory Management’, a three-day cours in The Hague, is scheduled for 7-9 December 2010.

Managers and lawmakers face the double challenge of responding to regulatory demands at a time of economic recession and addressing new forms of accountability in regulatory governance. Regulatory activity is increasingly interdisciplinary, has shown by the convergence between the activities of lawmaking and policy appraisal, and the diffusion of programs for the simplification of the regulatory environment that cut across the boundaries between law and economics. More details on the programme of this cours can be found here.

The core expert team will consist of prof. Claudio Radaelli (Exeter University), dr. Anne Meuwese (University of Tilburg) and prof. Wim Voermans (Leiden University).

The course fee is set at € 3000,- (€ 2750,- , application before 15 September 2010), including lodging learning materials and social programme. On-line application is open from today.
